Refund & Return Policy

At IronAndResins, we want you to feel confident when purchasing sofas and furniture from our online store. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we provide a clear return and refund process subject to the conditions below.

14-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the furniture must:

  • Remain unused and in its original condition.

  • Be free of stains, odors, scratches, tears, pet hair, or other signs of use.

  • Not have been modified, repaired, or altered.

  • Include all original components and accessories.

  • Include original packaging when reasonably available.

  • Be accompanied by valid order information or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

A return may not be accepted if:

  • The furniture has been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Damage resulted from improper assembly, handling, storage, or care.

  • The item has been modified or altered.

  • The product was custom-made or specially configured, unless it arrived defective or damaged.

  • The product was clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable.

  • The return request is submitted after the applicable return period.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your furniture after delivery.

If your sofa arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, contact us promptly.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the affected item

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photo of the shipping label, when applicable

After reviewing the information, we may offer replacement components, a replacement product, repair assistance, or a refund depending on the circumstances.

Return Authorization

Please contact IronAndResins before sending any furniture back.

Do not send merchandise to our business address unless our customer service team specifically provides return instructions.

Return Shipping

For returns resulting from a change of mind or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping and transportation costs.

For products confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will determine the appropriate return or replacement arrangement.

Because furniture may be oversized or require special transportation, please contact us before arranging a return shipment.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for an approved refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable for customer-initiated returns unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests before an order enters fulfillment or shipment. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process may apply.
